Resto Mod" (if this was a old car- that's what she would be called) as WAY over a million dollars was spent making this yacht what she is. Cockpit addition, flybridge addition, threw the GM's away and installed new 800 MAN's (sleevable) in her along with new generators, complete new electrical system, hydraulic system.. NEW electronics, dive compressor, Plasma Screen's through-out- BIG SCREEN that drops from ceiling of upper aft-deck for it's color projection TV system. In addition- was completely "hulled" and ENTIRELY painted! You must see it to grasp the magnitude of the customization.
Commercial Deep fat fryer, grill, commerical icemaker on aft-deck. New Wicker furntiture. NEW NEW NEW about everything including recent total Awlgrip paint job changing her hull to dark blue from white and painting the entire deck and superstructure white. Kept under cover at owners house sitting in FRESH water. Capac system of course.
You can clearly see the money put in her! Spare parts galore, practically every system has a back-up to it.
Originally put on the market in July 05 in the $700'.s then reduced last year to high $400's.. owner just called me tell me to "SELL HER NOW- Get Me mid $200's and I will sell". He OWES almost $300k on her so I don't know WHY he's giving her away other than he say's he's been too busy fishing his other boat daily to spend the time a yacht like this, that needs to be kept 100%. There is a full time crew member who lives in the dock house next to the boat who keeps her up.
Owner had always wanted to build a custom yacht- did it, now is ready to let somebody else reap the rewards of his work... Sorta like going to Barrett-Jackson and buying a car for a fraction of what the seller just spent just to restore it.. To do a yacht like this NOW would cost 4 million dollars.
This is NOT a project boat. This is a yacht ready to entertain and cruise. She has it all.
