Description

A Billionaires toy that has been constantly upgraded and improved without ANY consideration to cost. Originally a tender for his mega-yacht, in recent years she's been totally improved including new paint (SHINY AS NEW!-Note photos!) plus recent electronics, bow & stern thrustes installed, etc.  Built like a tank that will flatten any sea's. Literally pounding the hull of this boat HURT'S your hand!!  She's like pounding concrete!

The owner is SO rich he's donated the vessel for a minimal tax write off and has moved on to other toys. An opportunity like this exist's very seldom. When's the last time you've seen a quality yacht needing nothing donated in 2008? The boat speaks for herself and is easily seen by my office!

MAKE AN OFFER. Don't be shy.
Client just asked this question: "What are donations all about?".  Basically the short answer is that their owners have enough money that they can donate their boats to a charity for a minimal tax write off. These guys that do this want their boats gone immediately so they can use the space where they were sitting for other boats OR they just want to "stop the bleeding" immediately. The beauty of donations for the boat owner is that it's IMMEDIATE. As soon as he signs the papers, all expenses cease that day. No more dockage, no more insurance, no more repair bills. It's something that can be done in 24 hours. So literally the next day the owner can put his new boat in the slip.  I think of donations like friendly divorces- you don't care how much you are losing, you just want to move on to your next love.  Obviously this philosophy isn't for everyone.
