Orange Beach is right on the Florida Alabama border. I recommend you hiring a Marine Surveyor to do a "pre-survey" on her for you before you make (or if) the trip in person. They only charge $250.-$300.00 to look the boat over pretty good, take photos of whatever you wish to have more detailed photos of and will tell you if she's as good as I'm saying. If it is= then they subtract the funds from the actual survey if you go ahead toward the deal.  The best deal you will ever get for $250.-$300 Bucks!
