Please pick up the phone and call the toll free number if you wish to make an offer on a vessel. Sending a email with a "wood ya" is NOT an offer are not taken seriously. Formal offers involve contracts with dates, terms, and price signed by the buyer, along with "considertation" of 10% of your offer price. THIS is a formal offer which is presented to a seller.
